We have all of our printing and finishing processes under one roof, including in-house die making, foiling, embossing, specialist inks and varnishes. This enables us to respond quickly to requests and tailor designs to meet specific briefs.

For customers looking to deliver the wow factor, collaboration is key. Our pre-press department will work with you to create design constructions from flat artwork. Using the latest CAD technology, we produce prototype samples so you can see just how your card will look before going into production.

We provide a truly design-to-shelf service. In recent years, we’ve invested heavily in innovative packaging solutions to ensure we are at the forefront of the industry. In most cases, we now pack single cards without plastic, nesting or collating them into wholesale units, and banding them with a paper band. However, we can still offer single card wrapping for those customers who still require it.

By investing in this new equipment, we can now pack 10 cards into a cardboard carton, replacing cellophane bags with a more sustainable option in a cost-effective way. We can, however, provide those who still need clear bags with options that are recyclable and compostable, making it a more sustainable option.
