As a rapidly growing, award-winning business with products stocked in eight major retailers, Charlie Bigham’s relies on a seamless supply chain experience. During the pandemic, the marketplace was hit with material shortages, and board mills and printers struggled to supply food manufacturers with the packaging they needed to get their products onto the shelves. Reliant upon one printer, Charlie Bigham’s needed materials and capacity, fast!

Having previously worked with the company, Herbert Walker’s offered its services, initially using spare board we had on-site to produce samples and supply sleeves, while we ordered the mill-made material they needed. Our relationships with multiple board mills and on-site capacity meant we were able to deliver within a matter of weeks. To date, we have produced millions of sleeves for two of Charlie Bigham’s major lines, keeping this award-winning company’s mouth-watering meals on their customers’ tables.
