Fellow Yorkshire business, Pigment Productions, launched its luxury stationery and paper goods brand, Fox & Butler, in 2021. Based in Harrogate, their premium collection is created from the finest Italian artboard, and crafted, printed and finished in the UK.

As an existing client, Pigment Productions came to us to produce the Fox & Butler range. The designs were innovative, extraordinary, and incredibly intricate. It was an exacting project but one that, with our in-house foiling, die-making and embossing capabilities, we knew we could deliver.

We worked collaboratively with Pigment Productions to understand their vision, select the right board type for the brand’s boutique feel, and explore how some of the finer details could be achieved. Dies were produced both in-house and by external supplier Lasercomb, and we experimented with different foil colours to perfect Fox & Butler’s vintage aesthetic. Fine foil lines and complex elements such as raised hearts with intricate detailing, were carefully created. The outcome was an exquisite range of cards, perfect for Fox & Butler and a popular with its customers.
